USE, DOSAGE
1/2 tube immediately before the competition (or training), then 1 tube every hour (approx. 50 g of carbohydrates).
In case of use lasting longer than 3 hours, the dose should be increased according to individual needs.
You have to pay attention to the increased fluid intake!!! It is recommended to drink 200 ml of cold water after 1 sachet.
